FOR FOLKS PICKING UP THEIR MEALS, we are located at the Varna Community Center, 943 Dryden rd. Drive around to the back of the building. Your food will be in the walk- in refrigerator closest to the building. Make sure to CHECK THE LABEL CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU PICK UP THE CORRECT DISH WITH YOUR NAME ON IT AND ANY ACCOMPANIMENTS THAT MAY GO WITH YOUR DISH(S). These will be written on the sticker and will be placed on or near your dish. Our weekly menu comes out on Fridays at 8:30 am for service on Wednesday. We offer pick up or delivery. Deliveries arrive between 2 and 5.
Pick up is anytime after 2pm.

PLEASE HAVE A COOLER OUT FOR THE DRIVER WHEN EXPECTING A DELIVERY. If you don't have a cooler out the delivery driver will leave your food at your door.
Our weekly menu comes out at 8:30 am on Fridays and we typically sell out in 1-2 hours.

Mediterranean Sampler
Quinoa tabbouleh, hummus, baba ganoush, mixed greens, red onion, olives,feta, oregano vinaigrette and pita bread with grilled chicken breast or tofu.
DAIRY-FREE, VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE (feta and pita bread are wrapped separately) VEGAN OPTION is with tofu and omits the feta. GF- ask us to omit the pita. If you don't ask to omit it we will include it.
Serves 2-3
Shrimp Creole
Shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage, bell peppers, onions, celery, and tomatoes in a spicy Creole broth. Served with rice and scallions (on the side) and garlic bread.
Heat the creole stovetop, pour in bowl. Put an ice cream scoop of warm rice in the middle and sprinkle with green onions. Bake garlic bread in it's foil for 8 minutes in a 400 degree oven. Unwrap and continue to bake open-faced until toasty. Bread is great for dipping in the creole or put it right in the bowl and pour the creole over it.
GLUTEN-FREE (except for garlic bread which is wrapped separately).

My Father's Marinara
My father's marinara by the quart. This is a delicious marinara, light and bursting with flavors of garlic, fennel seed, crushed red pepper flakes, olives and fresh basil. Includes your choice of a box of linguine or angel hair (let us know your preference in the comment section). If you are gluten-free or prefer to use your own pasta, we won't send ours upon request.
